Program

Day 01 – Delhi

On arrival at Delhi International airport, you will be received to transfer to your pre booked hotel. Check in time is 12 Noon. Afternoon for free. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 – Delhi

After breakfast at hotel, proceed on combined tour of Old & New Delhi. You will head for a guided city tour of the Old City of ‘Shahjahanabad’, founded by one of the greatest Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Your introduction to the city will be with a visit to Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, drive past the Red Fort - the magical monument in red sandstone, built at the pinnacle of the Mogul empire. Visit the bustling streets to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in Asia built by Shahjahan.

Day 03 – Delhi-Agra

After breakfast at the hotel, drive towards Agra (04 Hours) .Afternoon sightseeing of Agra. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04 – Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Jaipur

Early morning visit Taj Mahal. Later after breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival check in into the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 05 – Jaipur

Today you shall have a complete Tours of Jaipur (The pink city of India, Rajasthan) after breakfast you leave for an excursion trip to Amer fort. A Joy ride on elephants back up to the Fort is real fun. Amer fort built in the 17th century, the Palace is a distinguished specimen of Rajput architecture. The Jai Mandir (Hall of Victory) is so delicately ornamented with find inlay work that it glows. The fort of Jaigarh, crowing the summit of a peak is of amazing beauty and grandeur. After visiting fort, drive back to city of Jaipur enroute visit Handicrafts factory / cottage industry - housing rajasthani handicrafts-, Gem stones and Antiques for which Jaipur is worldwide famous. Lunch at any restaurant, followed by city Tours drive past the pink city, visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Rajminder Theater. Evening shopping, Dinner at Hotel / Restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Jaipur

Day 06 – Jaipur-Bangalore (By Air)

Today you will be transferred to Jaipur Airport to connect to Bangalore. On arrival at Bangalore, you will be received and transferred to your city Hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 07 – Bangalore-Mysore

After breakfast, drive to Mysore. On arrival in Mysore, check into your hotel. Afternoon go for an orientation of Mysore. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08 – Mysore

Full day for guided sightseeing of Mysore. Visit Maharaja’s Palace (Front Palace), Chamundi Nandi bull etc.  Also visit Sri Rangapatnam, the Summer Palace of Tipu Sultan. Evening visit Maharaja’s Palace again for watching the light and sound show. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 09 – Mysore-Kabini (Nagarhole) (2 Hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Thattekkad Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, one of the low altitude evergreen forests, situated by the banks of River Periyar. On arrival, check into your hotel and later go for a birding trek at Thattekkad and Urulanthanni rain forest patches. Overnight at your hotel in Thattekkad.

Day 10 – Kabini

Morning and Evening go for a guided safari. Overnight at Kabini.

Day 11 – Kabini-Wayanad (4 Hrs)

Anamalai is located in the foothill of Anamlai Bio-sphere and the highest mountain in South India. This day is for a visit to Anamalai Tiger Reserve, sharing flora and fauna with Parambikulam Tiger Reserve. Walking safari through Maruthum Koodam moist deciduous forest and Kariyanchola Rainforest for wildlife and birds (GPH, SFG etc). Early morning go for a safari at Anamalai Tiger Reserve and later a walking tour at Parambikulam Tiger Sanctuary. Today we will go with packed lunch. Early evening return to your farm stay to go for a Nature trail through the estate to try sighting butterflies, Paradise flycatchers and blue-winged parakeets. Later in a dusk walk we can try owling for mottled wood owl. Overnight at Farm stay.

Day 12 – Wayanad

Full day for sightseeing and local visits in Wayanad. Overnight at the Resort.

Day 13 – Wayanad-Nilambur

After breakfast, drive to Nilambur to check into a 220 year old Palace converted Homestay which belongs to the Nilambur Royal Family. Experience the royal hospitality. Rest of the day free for walking around the village. Overnight at Nilambur Puthiya Kovilakom.

Day 14 – Nilambur

Full day for exploring the village. Your host will take you around to explore and experience the attractions. This may start with milking a cow, visiting a pot making unit, Teak Museum, local market, a handloom unit and much more. The Nilambur Kovilakom is situated in a vast area and the Palace houses are now owned and inhabited by the present generation of the Royal family. The Palace temple also worth visiting though they don’t allow to enter inside. Overnight at Puthiya Kovilakam.

Day 15 – Nilambur-Shornur-Cochin

Today, you will be brought to Nilambur Railway Station to board a local train to enjoy an amazing ride to Shornur where your driver will pick you to continue drive to Cochin. On arrival in Cochin, check in at your hotel in Fort Cochin. Evening visit a traditional Kathakali centre to watch the exclusive dance drama of Kerala. Overnight at hotel.

Day 16 – Cochin

Morning, after breakfast, proceed for a guided village backwater canoe Cruise at Poothotta followed by lunch at the farm house. Afternoon back to Cochin for a guided sightseeing to visit St Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets etc. Cochin still keeps its colonial profile left over by many of the foreign influences by British, Dutch & Portuguese. Evening to walk around Fort Cochin to see the life around. Try Kashi Art Café or Asiatic Restaurant at Cochin Club for Dinner. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 17 – Cochin-Food trail

After an early breakfast, you will be taken to a fishing harbor to see the fishermen life connected with the business .Later  have a walking tour through Broadway Market followed by Vegetable market visit. Rest of the day is for exploring the special eateries in Cochin. You may opt to have a light lunch at Pai Dosa or Dhe Puttu…Or a sumptuous lunch at Grand Hotel or Anjappar Restaurant. Evening you may try Fort Kochi Restaurant at Casino Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 18 – Cochin-Kumarakom (1.5 Hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom, which is famous for its backwater & scenic beauty, sprinkled with traditional houseboats, country crafts, rural lifestyles and Tranquility. You may opt to go for a rejuvenating Ayurvedic Massage. Also you go for a village walk through the nearby villages. Overnight at the Resort.

Day 19 – Houseboat

Enjoy your breakfast at the resort. By noon your exclusive houseboat will pick you from the resort for a cruise through the backwater villages followed by overnight stay on board. Your meals are freshly cooked and served on board. Explore the amazing backwater life of Kerala! Overnight at the Houseboat.

Day 20 - Alleppey- Kovalam (4 Hrs)

Morning, after breakfast on board, proceed to the world renowned beach destination of Kerala, Kovalam. Enroute do an orientation tour of Trivandrum, Capital city of Kerala, if you wish. On arrival at Kovalam, check in at the Hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 21 - Kovalam

Full day explore the beauty of beaches. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 22 - Kovalam Beach

Full day at leisure on the beach.Overnight at Resort.

Day 23 - Trivandrum Departure (30 Minutes)
